Weekly Menu

Every week I plan a menu and grocery list. It makes dinner time easier and we eat healthier. A lot of the meals I cook are easy to make and delicious.  Here is our dinner menu for the week. I have linked up a few of the meals to the recipes on blogs I follow.  The meals that aren’t linked up are my recipes. I plan to share those with you soon on another blog post 😉 I have made all these meals before and they are yummy!


Sunday: Double portions of Chicken Fajita in the Crockpot with Plantain Tortillas  (I always use chicken thighs vs. chicken breast in this recipe)

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Paleo Chic-Fil-A Chicken with Veggies

Wednesday: Crockpot Whole Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots

Thursday: Lamb Sausage, Pork Sausage, Chicken Wings,  Veggies, and Sweet Potatoes

Friday: NY Style Paleo Pizza
