Thank you for using our newly developed electric riveter which is different from other normal riveters. The bright spot of this product is that it does not need to change the direction reversely but backout the rivet directly, which makes your work convenient. Please read this instruction manual carefully and thoroughly before operating the tool to do your best jobs. Please keep the book for future reference.

Please fit the riveter with any electric drill or power drill which has 300W at least and spin over 2000rpm.

A.Warning:

1. Be sure that the working area is clear of foreign objects and that no people are within immediate access to the tool operation scope.

2. We advise the operator to wear safety glasses.

3. Be sure all clothing is tight to prevent entanglement with running tools. Remove your jewelry and watch for safety purposes.

4. Be careful when you back out the rivet, especially do not aim at others.

B.Characteristics:

1. The unique structure inside, original and nice outside.

2. Convenient for carrying, easy for operation, and no need to change direction constantly between positive and negative while working. 

C. Capacity:

The riveter is good at setting closed-typed blind rivets whose specific is between 2.4-4.8mm (3/32”-3/16” in) and the performance level is at Grade 11 or less.

D. Operations:

1. Always use the nozzle with the correct size for the riveter to fit different rivets, and screw in the front of the frame head.

2. Connect the hexagonal handle of the riveter with the electric drill.

3. Grasp the housing by one hand and hold the electric drill by another hand. Push the housing forward, put the rivet into the nozzle and put the end of the rivet body into the target hole on the sheet (or do this step in reverse), then draw it back. Don’t make the nozzle leave the sheet while working.

4. Turn on the switch of the electric drill, and start drawing. Don’t stop until work finished.

5. Please push the housing forward when work is finished so that you can pour out the rivet scraps.

6. If the riveter chokes while working, please reverse the electric drill and push the housing of riveter forward at the same time to solve the problem. 

E. Notes:

1. Pay attention that the gap between the target hole and rivet body should be appropriate as it bears on the performance of the rivet.

2. Please turn off the switch of electric drill in time once the rivet broke. Don’t idle it for a long time while using, or it would make a noise like “dada” which affects the tool life.

3. Again, please use the nozzle with the correct size for the riveter to fit different rivets, any misuse would result in the bad performance of the riveter but also may cause danger in operation. Also, it would damage the tool.

4. Never change the inner construction and design, which may cause danger in operation. For any other special troubles which cannot be settled down by the operator, please contact the selling agent from whom you purchase the tool.

5. Contact the sale agent from whom you purchase the tool for spare parts ordering for any necessary replacement for continuous use the riveter and extending the tool life.
